Getting married in the Greater Los Angeles area? First of all, they’re top-heavy. They need to have lots of people onstage in order to do a variety of music. They have backup singers who sing one or two songs each, and often the hardest working person up there is the guy with the computer – who is cue-ing up pre-recorded “backup tracks.” Somebody had to spend the time recording those, and if you have a list of songs these guys don’t know, they have to learn them. That means they take some of your money and put it toward rehearsals.

Our small ensembles are much more entertaining – and definitely more versatile – than all of the “party bands,” cover bands” and “tribute bands” put together.
We’re the exact opposite of what most wedding bands can offer clients.
As I mentioned, most bands need to to have a lot of people in them: backup singers, dancing girls…groupies to pass out sunglasses…in order to offer musical versatility.
